Goal = Improvement.

I'm here for the same reason that most of you have stumbled upon this page. I need to lose weight. I do not have an eating disorder. I have suffered from EDNOS previously, but this time it's all about getting healthy and feeling better.


I'm in my last year of high school, and next year I will hopefully be studying at university. I need to get healthier for my studies, because at the moment I'm at risk of burning out the same way I did last year, due to lack of energy and unhealthy eating patterns. I don't want to carry on like this. I need to, and WILL get healthier. This blog is for inspiration and for me to track my progress and my life. Cheers for reading, let's see how I go.
